In our own production, all the delicacies of the sea are cleaned, rinsed, sliced and cut to make our customers' everyday lives easier. We can pick up shellfish from our water tanks as they are sold. Our customers can often buy shellfish seven days a week. The lead time is only a few hours, it is hard to find fresher shellfish than that. If you do not have the space or time to smoke, cure or make gravlax yourself, we at Fiskhallen can help you with various pickled products, cold- or hot-smoked, cured, and we slice/cut if you need it.
