In 2003, Patrik Waxin and Daniel Lundh were given the opportunity to run the Kungsängen golf restaurant. After a challenging summer season, they realized the need to create something new.
This insight became the foundation for Svenska Golfrestauranger (Swedish Golf Restaurants). The goal was to consolidate golf restaurateurs' purchasing to strengthen their position during negotiations with suppliers, as well as to promote cooperation and exchange of experiences between restaurant owners.
As early as 2004, over 100 members had joined and we had concluded agreements with several suppliers, which contributed to the network rapidly becoming a significant player in the golf restaurant industry.
