Our vision is always to try to make the best environmental choices and take social responsibility in our daily operations. By over time integrating sustainability into more and more parts of the business, we strive to contribute to sustainable development and the Global Goals. We take into account the sustainability aspects encompassed by our operations, and work to take responsibility for the social and environmental impact that arises as a result of our decisions and actions. Sustainability work requires, among other things, that the business is conducted well within the framework of applicable regulations and with a high ethical and moral standard. Our focus areas within sustainability in the coming years are:

Net zero emissions

Our group has achieved carbon neutrality as of 2020. Our new goal is to achieve net zero emissions by 2040, as part of our sustainability efforts. We continue to purchase sufficient carbon offsets to maintain carbon neutrality every year through a mix of renewable energy purchases, emission reductions, and offsets.

Supplier partnerships

Quality, reliability, and price are important factors when we evaluate supplier partnerships, but so are sustainability aspects. We also review local suppliers and the suppliers' sustainability goals in order to build long-term relationships with our suppliers and ensure that the supply chain becomes an asset for everyone involved.

Working conditions and gender equality

We work to create an inclusive and innovative organization with satisfied and engaged employees. We want to offer a good workplace and foster a flexible and diverse environment in which to work. All employees shall have equal opportunities for career advancement and development at work. Work shall be evaluated solely on the basis of competence and performance regardless of gender, ethnic origin, or sexual orientation. It is important to us that the entire staff's experiences and values are utilized and influence the company's development. A conscious goal shall be to strive for equal pay within the company and counteract wage discrimination. Working conditions shall be designed so that, to the greatest extent practically possible, they suit everyone.
